Jonathan Chapman
President, ARKRAY USA (USM)

Mr. Chapman joined as General Counsel in 2000. After serving in a number of capacities within the company's management structure, Jonathan accepted the position of President in 2007. Jonathan has extensive experience in the healthcare Industry working closely with customers and suppliers. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Jonathan worked as a Corporate Finance Attorney with an international law firm, Berwin Leighton, in London. Jonathan holds a BA in Archeology - Pre History from University of Sheffield and LLMs from University of London (SOAS) and Hamline University.




John McCrea
Managing Director, ARKRAY USA (USF)

Mr. McCrea has been with the company since 1997 and has responsibilities for US Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Systems and Requlatory Affairs. John has more than 20 years of experience working in finance and operations of regulated industries. Prior to joining ARKRAY, John held various financial and operational management positions at United HealthCare Corporation, as well as financial and strategic planning positions at NewBridge Wellness Centers and Dyco Petroleum Corporation. John holds a dual BA in Economics and Accounting from Luther College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.




Craig Brosseau
VP of Finance, ARKRAY USA (AAI)

Mr. Brosseau has been with the company for 11 years, joining as the Accounting Manager in 2000. In 2005, Craig accepted the position of Vice President of Finance. Craig has more than 18 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Craig worked in Financial Systems for C.H. Robinson, and as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Craig holds a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA (Information Systems concentration) from University of St. Thomas. Craig also holds memberships in AICPA, MNCPA, and IMA.




Tom Speikers
Vice President, Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs, ARKRAY USA (USF)

Mr. Speikers has been with the company for 7 years. Tom has 19 years experience working in FDA regulated industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food products. His background is in engineering, quality and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining ARKRAY, Tom held senior management positions in quality and regulatory with Tapemark Company and engineering positions with W.H. Brady. Tom holds a BS in Industrial Technology - Manufacturing Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Stout.




Richard Slouffman
Vice President, Long-Term Care Division, ARKRAY USA

Mr. Slouffman has been with ARKRAY USA for 18 years. He has served in a number of positions with our sales team and has taken on the responsibility of leading the Long-Term Care Division, our core business inside the U.S. Richard has 23 years of experience working in sales and sales management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University in Athens, OH. He is also a member of the American Diabetes Association. (ADA).




Robert Wernsman
Vice President, Consumer Healthcare Division, ARKRAY USA

Mr. Wernsman has been with ARKRAY USA for 11 years. He has served in a number of positions with our sales and management teams and now leads our Consumer Healthcare Division, introducing GLUCOCARD® in the U.S. market. Robert has 24 years of experience working in sales and sales management. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri.
